Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Global Mobility Advisor- Operations to support our global workforce through immigration and relocation services. This on-site role at Taguig, Philippines involves guiding policy, managing end-to-end transfers, and ensuring service excellence through technology platforms and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in global mobility, strong knowledge of immigration regulations, hands-on Workday experience, and a proven ability to handle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in immigration, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years in global mobility and immigration operations.
• Strong knowledge of global immigration regulations.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday).
• Proven invoice processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on global immigration policies and country-specific visa/work permit processes.
• Manage end-to-end case processing for hires and transfers across regions.
• Oversee mobility platform administration and data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate invoices, housing allowances, and vendor relationships.
• Generate immigration reporting and maintain stakeholder communications.
