Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Global Mobility Advisor- Operations in Taguig, Philippines. This role supports our global workforce through immigration and relocation services, serving as the first contact for policy questions and managing end-to-end case processing.

The successful candidate will handle system administration, data integrity across platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely mobility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in immigration, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years in global mobility, immigration, and international HR operations.
• Solid understanding of global immigration regulations and corporate mobility.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Proven experience with invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on global immigration policies and visa applications.
• Manage end-to-end case processing for transfers and immigration matters.
• Administer mobility platforms and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Review invoices and coordinate payments with vendors.
• Provide immigration reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Document exceptions and ensure regulatory compliance.
