Job summary

Remote is a fully remote company enabling global employment, payroll, and compliance. The Mobility team ensures smooth cross-border transitions, immigration compliance, and relocation support for worldwide talent.

The Mobility Specialist will contribute to robust immigration services, vendor collaboration, and scalable processes within our onboarding and mobility function. You will work with clients across regions, gain exposure to international employment laws, and help Remote maintain

Qualifications

• Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures and visa/work permit processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated customer-facing communication skills with diverse clients.
• Experience in technology sector or fast-growing company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency and satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulatory changes.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Advise on travel needs and sponsorship cases.
• Manage case statuses using CMS and billing systems.
• Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses to complex cases.
• Be proactive and autonomous in day-to-day tasks and process improvements.
