Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls and respond to claimant and attorney inquiries, updating appointment statuses
• Update and maintain accurate case information in systems following client guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and providers to assign cases and ensure timely updates
• Resolve issues, document cases, and support smooth processing of workflows
• Perform clerical tasks such as emailing, filing, typing, and proofreading
• Report issues to management and comply with all legal and safety standards
