• Lead the consistent expression and execution of the Harlan Coffee brand across countries, channels, and customer touchpoints
• Translate the marketing strategy into integrated plans that build brand desirability and drive demand
• Oversee communications, PR and social to position the brand externally across media and partnerships
• Ensure HQ priorities translate into clear country plans with high-quality execution
• Shape the marketing and brand experience across the customer journey, from communications to retail interactions
• Build, lead and develop the marketing organization to support growth across countries
