Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Market Data Analyst in the Philippines to manage third-party data, reporting obligations, and related operations within the Data Licensing and Operations Team. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Development, and clients across locations to ensure accurate data handling and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English—verbal and written.
• 1–2 years in a specialist role or equivalent.
• 2 years in global financial markets and market data distribution.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• 70%: monthly reporting and operational workflow, invoicing validation, pricing updates, document control.
• 10%: coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product Development, Legal and vendors for data vendor processes.
• 10%: contract management with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• 10%: contribute to departmental projects independently or in teams.
