Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Research Analyst in Metro Manila to collate, validate, and update data in our databases, ensuring high-quality content for clients. You will review updates from official sources and feed results into FactSet systems to support real-time client access.

You will report to the Team Lead and work onsite three days a week, collaborating with Customer Success and other teams to resolve data issues and meet targets. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Commerce, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Data intake and validation of large datasets with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of data uploads and outline processes for training.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to resolve data issues and keep clients updated.
• Communicate upload progress, challenges, and resolutions to the team and clients.
