Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• 1–2 years in a specialist role or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in global financial markets and market data distribution.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to grasp complex concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and solve problems.
• Willingness to work in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking FactSet’s monthly reporting and operational workflow, including invoice validation, pricing updates, and ensuring documentation is current.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal groups (Sales, Finance, Product Development, Legal) to support data vendor processes.
• Contract management with third party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to departmental projects independently and in groups with limited guidance.
