Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. is hiring a Research Analyst in Manila to collate, maintain, and update investor data. You will review official updates from feeds, press releases, and reports to deliver real-time, high-quality data to FactSet clients. You will report to the Team Lead and meet individual targets, with onsite work three days weekly.

The role requires strong research, data accuracy, and Excel skills, plus readiness for night shifts and global time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent.
Good knowledge of financial markets.
Computer literacy to use the database and software for collection and processing of content/data

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of global investors and investment organizations.
Maintain the accuracy and completeness of investor profiles on the platform.
Provide timely client support and handle ad-hoc tasks with prioritization and responsiveness.
Identify and report software bugs within the research infrastructure application, collaborating with the product team.
Research, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to streamline workflows and automate data capture processes.
