Job summary

FactSet is looking for a Market Data Analyst to join the Data Operations and Licensing Team in the Philippines. You will manage third‑party data, oversee monthly reporting obligations to sources, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure accurate workflows.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a global environment. You’ll contribute to ongoing data licensing initiatives and client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated fluency in English, both verbally and in written word.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake FactSet’s monthly reporting and operational workflow, including invoice validation, pricing updates and ensuring documentation is current.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal groups to support data vendor administrative processes.
• Engage in contract management with third party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to departmental projects independently and with the team.
