FactSet in Manila seeks a Research Analyst to collate, validate, and update datasets for investor relations tools. You'll analyze sources like feeds and press releases, ensuring top-quality real-time data for clients while reporting to the Team Lead in a hybrid onsite setting.

You will work with Customer Success to resolve data issues, maintain records, and contribute to meeting team targets, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Commerce/Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent.
• Proficient computer literacy to operate database and data collection software.
• Strong understanding of financial markets to contextualize content.

Responsibilities

• Data intake and validation of large datasets with accuracy.
• Resolve customer data issues promptly with the Customer Success team.
• Maintain detailed records of uploads and outline training references.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions to the success team and clients.
