Job summary

FactSet Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Research Analyst to collate, maintain, and update data fields in the database. You will analyze content from feeds, press releases, and reports to deliver high-quality data to FactSet clients in real-time.

You will report to the Team Lead and support the team's goals by meeting individual targets. The role requires onsite work three times a week, with potential for hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent.
• Computer literacy to use the database and software for collection and processing of content/data.
• Good knowledge of financial markets to understand assigned content/market.

Responsibilities

• Data intake and validation of large datasets into customer accounts.
• Timely issue resolution with Customer Success Managers to address data challenges.
• Record keeping and documentation of data uploads and processes.
• Communicate progress and resolutions with the Customer Success Team/clients.
