Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite Logistics Coordinator in the Philippines (Tanauan, Batangas area) to support international shipment activities. The role involves coordinating with Planning, Customer Service, Shipping, and other units to ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries.

You will verify documents, arrange bookings with forwarders, monitor shipments, and manage RFQs and claims while maintaining records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, customers, and forwarders.
• Understanding of shipment booking, tracking, documentation, and logistics processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize shipments, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication among internal teams and external stakeholders on shipment transactions and logistics activities.
• Review shipment bookings and plan shipments per routing guidelines; arrange bookings with couriers/freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
• Review and verify shipping documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and monitor shipment progress to meet KPIs, CRD, and shipping lead times.
• Manage RFQs, freight rate negotiations, re-export processes, shipment consolidation, and claims processing.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and filing in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
