RTX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment coordination, bookings, documentation, and compliance for international and domestic shipments from the First Philippine Industrial Park in Tanauan/JH area. The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

You will liaise with planning, customer service, and couriers to ensure timely deliveries, monitor KPIs, and support RFQ and rate negotiations.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, shipment coordination, freight forwarding, or related role.
• Knowledge of shipment booking, tracking, shipping documentation, and logistics processes.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal teams, customers, courier companies, and freight forwarders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipment transactions, logistics activities, and customer inquiries, working closely with Planning, Customer Service, Shipping, and other business units.
• Review shipment bookings and plan shipments according to established routing guidelines, company procedures, and customer requirements. Arrange shipment bookings with courier companies and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Review and verify shipping documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global trade regulations and government agency requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor shipment progress to ensure compliance with KPIs, CRD, and leading shipping times.
• Coordinate and manage logistics transactions, including RFQs, freight rate negotiations, re-export processes, and shipment consolidation. Facilitate the coordination and processing of shipment-related claims.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure proper documentation, filing, and retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do *

What You Will Learn*

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at Least 3 to 5 years experience in Logistics operations, shipment coordination, logistics, freight forwarding, or a related role.
• Knowledge of shipment booking, tracking, shipping documentation, and logistics processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, customers, courier companies, and freight forwarders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling shipment records and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize shipments, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications We Prefer*

• Experience in team coordination or supervising daily operational activities.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations, global trade compliance, and government agency requirements.
• Experience in freight rate negotiations, RFQ processing, re-export transactions, and shipment consolidation.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, shipment performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience handling damaged cargo claims and coordinating corrective actions. Knowledge of EHS requirements and compliance documentation. Experience using ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), or shipment tracking platforms.
