• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipment transactions, logistics activities, and customer inquiries.
• Review shipment bookings and plan shipments according to routing guidelines; arrange bookings with courier companies and forwarders for timely deliveries.
• Review and verify shipping documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and monitor shipment progress to meet KPIs, CRD, and lead times.
• Coordinate and manage logistics transactions including RFQs, freight rate negotiations, re-export processes, and shipment consolidation.
