Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Logistics Analyst I to support global supply chain activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, and import/export documentation. You will coordinate with 3PL providers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics or related fields, with strong Excel skills and experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of logistics, supply chain, transportation, or 3PL experience.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, warehousing and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, TMS and WMS systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and supply chain transactions across internal systems and 3PL partners.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, and reverse logistics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with 3PL providers and carriers.
• Prepare import/export documentation and process shipments via TMS.
• Generate reports and analytics to support operational decisions.
