Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to deliver analytics and BI support for Global Freight, Duty, and Inventory. You will partner with regional Supply Chain Managers and Finance to improve cost performance and optimize the logistics network.

The role requires strong data skills (Excel/Tableau/Power BI), experience in master data management, and the ability to work across time zones in a hybrid environment. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years in master data management or related field, preferably in a supply chain planning environment.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production planning.
Proficiency with master data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica MDM).
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Maintain and report KPIs related to Freight, Duty, Warehousing, and Inventory to drive stakeholder engagement and action.
Collaborate with regional supply chain leaders, Global Logistics, and Finance to collect headwinds, tailwinds, and cost reduction projects for forecast.
Track attainment to forecast monthly, with Pareto analysis of misses and gap closure plan.
Identify opportunities for improving targets by partnering with Global Logistics & Global Trade Services.
Lead projects that directly contribute to freight and/or duty cost reduction.
Develop guidelines for inventory stocking strategy (Make-To-Stock / Make-To-Order) and Safety Stock.
