Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Risk & Compliance Senior Analyst (License Management) to oversee licensing programs for US TPAs and offshore entities servicing insurance clients. The role is hybrid, based in Taguig, with night shifts and weekends off per project schedule.

You will work with Global Compliance, service delivery partners, and Legal to file, maintain, and monitor licenses, manage data, and ensure regulatory timelines across jurisdictions. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of either Risk Management experience or Regulatory Compliance experience with Licensing exposure.
• Understanding of sophisticated licensing and reporting issues.
• Experience handling licensing and compliance issues.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compliance License Management: oversee licenses for US TPAs and offshore entities servicing insurance clients.
• Manage license filing, renewals, and maintain central database with data from internal partners and clients.
• Understand scope of businesses impacted by licenses and monitor regulatory deadlines.
• Review changes in law and impact on license applications/renewals.
• Coordinate with external counsel to ensure licenses are obtained timely and legally monitored.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to verify regulatory compliance.
