Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager to lead the Global Learning Administration team across regions, overseeing LMS transactions, training organization partnerships, and administrative functions for Cornerstone OnDemand (SUMMIT) in support of the JNJ Enterprise.

The role requires advanced knowledge of regional operations within a global framework, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery to enterprise customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional/global learning administration teams.
• Advanced knowledge of LMS transactions and Cornerstone OnDemand (SUMMIT).
• Ability to drive consistency and compliance across regions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with regional partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise learning administration and helpdesk across regional scope.
• Mentor and develop regional team leads and learning admins.
• Guide teams on standard methodologies and processes.
• Drive performance metrics and develop team members.
• Collaborate with regional partners to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Lead projects with training organizations and cross-team collaborations.
• Ensure timely, accurate LMS transactions and global process adherence.
• Communicate clearly across teams and customers to explain learning administration.
• Promote Credo-aligned teamwork, knowledge sharing and growth.
• Maintain trusted relationships with customers, managers, and vendors.
