Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in learning and development, organisational development, talent management, or a related field within a global organisation.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership development programmes, and competency frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems, digital learning technologies, learning analytics, and content platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and measure programme impact.
• Experience managing complex projects, budgets, and multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across regions, functions, and levels of the organisation.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience managing external learning providers and supporting organisational change initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of global learning and development strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Design and evaluate programmes supporting leadership development and organisational performance.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders and CoE to identify capability gaps and provide targeted learning solutions.
• Manage leadership development initiatives and integrate learning with talent and succession plans.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches, technologies, and tools to boost engagement.
• Oversee learning platforms and systems for scalable, effective experiences.
• Develop competency and skills frameworks to support recruitment, development, and career progression.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, wellbeing, and development across the organisation.
• Equip leaders and employees with capabilities to navigate transformation and industry change.
• Manage relationships with learning providers and external partners; ensure ROI.
• Measure learning effectiveness using data, feedback, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure learning activities support compliance requirements and standards.
