Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel in a structured way.

Responsibilities

• Review all new EY Degree program applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Respond to learner queries via mailbox and escalate issues to the Degrees program manager.
• Track learner badge status and report Degree pipeline numbers.
• Maintain Viva Engage and MS Teams channel sites and respond to questions.
• Coach and advise learners on EY Degree documentation.
