Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Learning Deployment Specialist – Supervising Associate for the EY Badges program. This fixed-term, full-time secondment runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 September 2027 and involves global deployment support to learners and stakeholders across regions.

You will work with the Deployment Manager to deliver badge launches, manage projects, supervise the administrative network, and drive program impact through analytics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of learning, deployment, project management or HR.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience leading virtual teams to deliver results.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against priorities with the Deployment Manager and Deployment Lead.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment of EY Badges program.
• Supervise the virtual Badges Review Network team.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across locations.
• Provide learner support and manage queries.
• Maintain EY Badges site content and learner guides.
• Lead reporting and analytics to inform leadership discussions.
• Contribute to program measurement, insights and opportunities.
• Propose scalable solutions to improve operations and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and add value.
