Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Associate to deploy and manage multiple course offerings within the Talent Services function. You’ll coordinate schedules, content publishing in SuccessFactors, and end-to-end learning deployment for regional programs.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards while supporting stakeholders across EY's Learning & Development portfolio in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline
• 5+ years experience in HR/L&D and professional services preferred
• Experience with learning deployment and learning management systems (LMS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course scheduling and deployment across curriculum
• Publish content in SuccessFactors and manage end-to-end deployment plans and budgets
• Support venue booking, materials, and facilitator readiness for sessions
• Monitor learner nominations, cancellations, and session adherence
• Provide oversight of deployment administration and reporting to stakeholders
