Job summary

EY is seeking a Learning Deployment Specialist – Senior Associate to support EY Degree programs delivered with Hult International Business School. You will process applications, track cohorts, and coordinate with global learners and teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

The role is fixed-term and full-time, spanning 2026 to 2027, with responsibilities across communications, documentation, and digital tooling in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations or Talent Development.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized way.

Responsibilities

• Review new program applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Mailbox management and learner query response for EY Degree programs.
• Track learner badge status and report on degree pipeline numbers.
• Maintain Viva Engage and MS Teams pages, responding to questions.
• Coach and advise learners on EY Degree documentation processing.
• Collaborate with Badges Administration Team and Badges Review Network.
• Design and update EY Degrees materials and Deg­ree Work Zone pages.
• Support Learning Deployment Manager and Lead in priorities and execution.
• Help develop junior specialists in the Virtual Talent Hub.
• Contribute to simplification and automation of processes.
• Support continuous improvement of deployment standards.
