Job summary

EY in Taguig is seeking a Senior Associate ( INTERNAL ONLY ) for a fixed-term, full-time role from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2027. The position focuses on learning deployment, administration and operational support for EY Degree programs across virtual teams.

The role requires strong project management, excellent organization, and solid MS Office skills, with experience in EY Badges and SuccessFactors preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, or Talent Development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way.

Responsibilities

• Review new program applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Mailbox management for EY Degree programs and learner queries.
• Track learner badge status and report Degree pipeline numbers.
• Manage Viva Engage and MS Teams channels and respond to questions.
• Coach and advise learners on EY Degree documentation processing.
• Build strong relationships with Badges Administration Team and BrN.
• Design and update EY Degrees materials and Degree Work Zone pages.
• Support Learning Deployment leaders and priorities.
• Develop junior Learning Deployment Specialists in the Virtual Talent Hub.
• Contribute to process simplification, automation and digitalization.
