Job summary

EY is seeking a Learning Deployment Specialist to support EY Degree programs with Hult International Business School collaboration. You will process applications, track progress, and support the deployment of online degrees and EY Badges across regions.

The role involves coordinating with BAT and BRN, managing communications, and helping to improve processes through automation and digital tools. Fixed-term, full-time in Manila.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, or Talent Development.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, in an organized and coordinated way.

Responsibilities

• Review all new program applications for completeness to ensure requirements and eligibility are met.
• Mailbox management for the EY Degree program – respond to learner queries professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Track learner badge status and report on degree pipeline numbers.
• Manage Viva Engage and MS Teams channel sites by responding to questions.
• Coach and advise learners on processing EY Degree documentation.
• Build relationships with Badges Administration Team and Badges Review Network.
• Design and update EY Degrees materials and manage Degree Work Zone pages.
• Support Learning Deployment Manager and Lead in priorities and execution.
• Support junior specialists in the Virtual Talent Hub.
• Participate in simplification, automation, and digitalization projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment standards.

Opportunity

This role will support the EY Degree programs delivered in collaboration with Hult International Business School. EY offers its people the opportunity to pursue further education through a Tech MBA, a Masters in Business, AI and Data, and a Masters in Sustainability. These online degrees require learners to complete EY Badges alongside additional Hult-delivered courses. The role will support these high-profile programs by working directly with learners to process applications and track cohort progress in line with defined processes.

Role type: Fixed term, full time

Start-end: 1 August 2026 - 30 September 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Review all new program applications for completeness to ensure program requirements and eligibility for the programs are fully met
• Mailbox management for each EY Degree program – responding to learner queries in a professional and timely manner and escalating any issues to the Degrees program manager.
• Tracking learner Badge status against EY Degree curriculum and reporting on Degree pipeline numbers
• Manage and maintain Viva Engage, MS Teams channel sites by responding to questions/comments
• Coach, support and advise learners with the processing of all EY Degree documentation
• Build and maintain close working relationships with Badges Administration Team (BAT) and Badges Review Network (BRN)
• Design and update all EY Degrees materials and manage Degree Work Zone pages
• Support Learning Deployment Manager and Learning Deployment Lead in their priorities and execution.
• Support and develop junior Learning Deployment Specialists in the Virtual Talent Hub
• Contribute to continuous projects of simplification, automation and digitalization of the processes and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal practices to best-in-class deployment standards.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of EY Badges preferred
