Job summary

EY’s Assurance Learning Coordinator role supports planning and delivering learning and networking events across service lines. The LC works with the Learning Services Specialist and Learning Leader to provide end-to-end course deployment, roster management, and compliance tracking in an open-location setup.

The role requires strong experience with Zoom/Teams, LMS (SuccessFactors), and data-driven reporting, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing conference logistics, program deployment or project management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and logistics of service line learning and events.
• Schedule courses, manage rosters, and ensure compliance and CE credits.
• Operate LMS (SuccessFactors) and track attendance and reports.
• Produce VILT sessions and Teams Live Webcasts.
• Assist facilitator management and post-session evaluations.
• Monitor budgets and invoices with LSS & Learning Leader.
