Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Talent & Learning Specialist to coordinate global learning and development initiatives. You will manage Workday Learning, Udemy platforms and partner with stakeholders to translate capability needs into practical training solutions.

You will support performance management, talent reviews and development planning while driving program effectiveness across regions, ensuring a strong employee experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent, Organisational Development, HR programme coordination or a related field.
• Experience delivering or coordinating learning, leadership or talent activities in a global or multi-region environment.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms; Workday Learning and Udemy experience is preferred.
• Exposure to performance management, talent reviews, succession, development planning or skills and competency frameworks.
• Strong programme coordination, planning and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across business teams, regional partners, subject matter experts, vendors and facilitators.
• Ability to analyse participation, feedback and programme data to identify insights and recommend improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging communications, guides and employee resources.
• Confident systems user with a proactive, service-oriented approach to administration, first-line support and continuous improvement.
• Passion for employee growth, capability building and delivering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate assigned global learning and leadership development programmes.
• Contribute to learning pathways, blended solutions, e-learning content, guides and toolkits.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Administer and improve Workday Learning, including campaigns, learning paths, catalogues, enrolments and reporting.
• Administer external learning platforms such as Udemy and monitor access, utilisation and effectiveness.
• Analyse participation, feedback and programme outcomes to recommend improvements.
• Deliver assigned activities across performance management, talent identification, talent reviews, succession and development planning.
• Analyse talent, performance, succession and development data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Improve talent frameworks, processes, tools and employee resources.
• Support Talent & Culture Executive Partners (EPs), managers and employees with talent processes and development practices.
• Contribute to competency and skills frameworks, career pathways and development planning resources.
• Support Workday Talent Optimisation processes, adoption and user experience.
• Coordinate schedules, invitations, attendance and virtual or in-person session set-up.
• Prepare communications, reminders, materials and follow-ups for learning and talent activities.
• Coordinate vendors, facilitators and participants to support smooth programme delivery.
• Support global learning rollouts, leadership sessions, talent reviews and performance cycles.
• Maintain accurate trackers, reports, content libraries and process documentation.
• Collate feedback, survey responses and completion data for evaluation and reporting.
• Provide first-line support for learning and talent process queries.
