Job summary

Cobden & Carter International is seeking an Advisor, Learning & Development to coordinate planning, administration, and delivery of learning programs globally. You will manage LMS, case handling in ServiceNow, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across APAC/EMEA/AMER time zones.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR Operations or Learning Ops, strong communication skills, and a hybrid work setup. You will work with global teams and vendors to optimize learning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Learning Operations.
• Experience supporting learning administration in multinational or shared services environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• Strong customer service & stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Analytical, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with a global team.
• Willing to rotate shift supporting APAC, EMEA, AMER.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of learning/training programs with timely execution.
• Serve as SME for learning admin processes and guidance to employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Handle complex learning administration issues and act as escalation point.
• Coordinate with HR teams, CoE, SMEs, and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Administer LMS: course assignments, enrollments, completions, learner records.
• Manage inquiries via ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
• Prepare reports and dashboards measuring learning activities and performance.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and project work on system enhancements.
• Assist onboarding and development of the team; training new members.
• Coordinate functional testing for LMS changes and upgrades.
• Maintain process docs and work instructions.
