The candidate will handle end-user and admin queries, generate learning reports, and contribute to ongoing improvements in learning systems while aligning with SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s Degree Graduate.
• 2+ years of work experience in administration.
• Learning Administration experience preferred.
• High level of knowledge of Cornerstone-on-Demand LMS system.
• Functional knowledge of learning and HR technologies.
• Experience using Helpdesk technologies or case management tools.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical, problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end learning inquiries and requests via case management tools.
• Collaborate with training organizations and learners to deliver learning experiences.
• Analyze requirements to create effective operational tasks and learning environments.
• Provide timely, complete, and accurate learning support to clients.
• Generate reports on learning activities and improve processes.
• Respond to end-user queries via SFDC, SharePoint, or other helpdesk tools.
• Document, validate, and suggest improvements to learning systems procedures.
• Coordinate with team leads to meet goals and SLAs.
