Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Manager of Leadership Development to drive regional execution and continuous improvement of leadership programs. You will collaborate with operations, HR, and learning stakeholders to translate learning into stronger people leadership and operational performance.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on facilitation, coaching, and program management across remote and onsite settings, aligning with global strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership development, training, coaching, call center operations, or related field.
• At least 1 year leading training programs or teams; regional/global programs preferred.
• At least 2 years of facilitation, coaching, or instructor-led training experience.

Responsibilities

• Own regional coordination and execution of leadership and management training programs.
• Partner with regional/site leaders to assess capability needs and align to global roadmap.
• Facilitate or oversee training, coaching, observation and feedback experiences across settings.
• Monitor participation, learner experience, and performance indicators; report to stakeholders.
• Identify regional best practices and share them with global forums.
• Manage regional risks, dependencies, and escalations with global program owners.
