Job summary

ibex in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Training Manager to design and implement strategic training programs aligned with company objectives. You will identify core competencies and drive improvements across the workforce to boost client and employee satisfaction.

You will lead development of training materials, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely delivery of programs that elevate performance and knowledge across CSRs and Team Leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 7–9 years of related training and development experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular training calibration sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Reporting to produce quality reports at defined frequencies.
• Escalate quality deficiencies to Centre Management.
• Lead development and delivery of training materials for CSRs and Team Leaders.
• Oversee planning of training and scheduling with Resource department.
• Maintain knowledge management and update product knowledge for CSRs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for training measurement and improvements.
• Ensure training resources meet demand and maintain quality.
• Follow approved procedures and support continuous improvements.
