Job summary

ibex is seeking a Manager of Leadership Development to lead regional execution and continuous improvement of leadership development programs within a geographically dispersed global team.

This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with hands-on facilitation, coaching, program management, and leadership of learning resources to translate learning into stronger people leadership and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership development or related field.
• At least 1 year leading training programs or teams.
• At least 2 years in facilitation, coaching, or instructor-led training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to global leadership development strategy, roadmap, and standards.
• Lead or contribute to global program design and governance.
• Establish delivery expectations and quality standards for a consistent learner experience.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and observations.
• Partner with regional/global stakeholders to align leadership development with priorities.
• Provide coaching and leadership to specialists; coordinate cross-team work.
• Own regional coordination of leadership training programs, calendars, and readiness.
• Facilitate or oversee training across remote and onsite settings.
