Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks a Principal Engineer to lead technical delivery on high-profile highway projects for Australia, guiding senior engineers and technicians within the Global Excellence Centre.

You will ensure design quality, compliance with Australian standards, and financial performance, while mentoring staff and coordinating with regional offices to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and licensed to act as a professional engineer.
• Excellent written and oral English language.
• Possess 7-15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong drainage design experience using Australian standards/NSW RMS.
• Proficient in design software: 12D, Storm and Sanitary, HEC-RAS, MUSIC.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or similar.
• Local or expatriate status.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of larger and/or more complex tasks, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, cost and safety targets.
• Coordinate and manage teams of engineers and technicians within Arcadis processes.
• Provide technical leadership, reviews and guidance on design options and documentation.
• Drive project performance, service delivery and commercial outcomes when acting as Task Manager.
