Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks an experienced Structural Engineering leader to deliver complex highway, rail, and civil design projects. You will guide design teams, review technical work, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across all project stages.

With 10–12 years in major infrastructure, you will apply MIDAS/STAAD/LEAP, BIM workflows, and global standards. The role emphasizes mentorship, client relations, and disciplined project management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering.
Active progression towards professional licensure such as P.Eng. in the United States.
10–12 years of relevant experience in design and delivery of highways, rail bridges, stations and related civil structures.
Experience leading design teams on Design & Build projects in the USA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee delivery of complex structural design projects for highways, railways, and related civil works.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams to ensure quality and safety.
Manage all stages of the design process from concept to construction support and close-out.
Plan resources, schedule, and deliver against budgets and safety objectives.
Carry out structural design, CAD/BIM production, 3D modelling, and quantity estimation.
Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders.
Oversee resolution of technical issues and promote value engineering.
Ensure QA/QC procedures across deliverables and contribute to best practices.
