Job summary

McDermott International in Makati is seeking an Associate HR Services Center Specialist – Learning & Development Operations and Logistics to support end-to-end administration of global L&D programs. You will manage enrollment, communications, scheduling, records, LMS administration, and data reporting.

The role requires 4+ years in HR/L&D operations, strong Excel and analytics capabilities, and experience with LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, L&D, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in HR, learning operations or related roles in a high-volume environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Experience with LMS and learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Percipio, CultureWizard or Oracle Learning).
• Strong data validation, analysis, and stakeholder reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for Global L&D programs.
• Administer LMS platforms and learning technologies with data accuracy.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and report learning data across systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc L&D reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Coordinate program calendars, nominations, enrollment, and communications.
