Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Interviewer to help shape high-performing global IT teams. You will conduct structured technical interviews across IT domains—from IT Support to Cloud, Automation, and Infrastructure—ensuring only candidates who meet real-world requirements advance.

This role offers exposure to enterprise environments, collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers, and a chance to influence hiring quality and client success across global operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT roles (IT Support, Systems Admin, Network Eng, Cloud Ops, or Middleware/DB).
• Proven experience in technical interviewing or panel evaluation.
• Broad tech knowledge: Windows/Linux, AD, cloud platforms, networks, SQL, VM envs.
• Excellent English communication; able to give structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured technical interviews (video) across IT domains (Support, Cloud, Network, Automation, Systems, Middleware).
• Evaluate competencies, problem-solving skills, and role-level capability (L1-Lead) using real-world scenarios.
• Develop and maintain question banks, technical assessments, and practical challenges; calibrate criteria with TA & Hiring Managers.
• Deliver detailed, objective feedback in ATS, ensuring candidate experience, consistency, and turnaround-time compliance.
• Additional tasks as required by recruitment and IT teams.
