This international role requires aligning with U.S. business hours to support a distributed team; you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks across MacOS and Windows, manage Intune and Pulseway, and document best practices to improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing employee IT support via helpdesk tickets.
• Experience configuring and administering MacOS and Windows devices.
• Familiar with device management tools such as Intune and Pulseway.
• Strong documentation and SOP creation.
