Command|Link is a global SaaS platform delivering network, voice, and IT security solutions. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the go-to for employee IT needs, from helpdesk tickets to device setup and administration.

This international role requires aligning with U.S. business hours to support a distributed team; you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks across MacOS and Windows, manage Intune and Pulseway, and document best practices to improve support processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Experience supporting MacOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with Intune administration and remote monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the company and helpdesk tickets.
• Set up and configure laptops for new hires with security and compliance.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Pulseway administration.
• Troubleshoot issues across MacOS and Windows environments.
• Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve support processes.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure consistent IT standards.
