Job summary

Unison Solutions Delivery, Inc. is seeking an Intune Administrator to manage and support our organization’s endpoint environment, including administering Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, and security policies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with IT and security teams to maintain compliance and optimize device health in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Endpoint Management, Desktop Administration, Technical Support, or Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with device provisioning, application deployment, endpoint security, and patch management.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good communication, documentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical requests and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and endpoint management platforms.
• Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security policies.
• Provision and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Package, deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications using Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor device health, compliance, enrollment status, and endpoint security posture.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment issues.
• Support endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports on device compliance, software deployment, enrollment, and endpoint health.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and other stakeholders to improve endpoint management and operational efficiency.
