Job summary

Excis is expanding its talent acquisition team and seeks a Recruitment Specialist to source IT professionals across Europe, the Americas, Australia and beyond. You will identify and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and niche platforms, manage the screening and interview process, and negotiate offers to close hires.

This role requires a self-sufficient sourcer who can work across time zones, collaborate with hiring managers, and promote Excis as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in IT/technical hiring (help desk, infrastructure, cloud, etc.).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates.
• Self-sufficient sourcer with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and creative sourcing tactics.
• Flexible schedule to overlap with global time zones (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
• Freelancers welcome; scalable projects with transparent terms.
• Bonus: familiarity with IT certifications (A+, MCP, CCNA) or high-volume hiring.

• Global Talent Sourcing across Europe, the Americas, Australia, and beyond.
• Manage full-cycle hiring—from screening to onboarding—for IT roles.
• Collaborate across time zones with hiring managers and candidates; freelance collaboration welcome.
• Promote Excis as an employer of choice through outreach and branding.
• Provide market intelligence on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and visa/work rules.
