We are seeking an experienced IT Project & Service Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives and oversee critical business systems supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance, Integrity, and Legal functions. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects, ensuring service excellence, driving cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining compliance with organizational IT governance standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project delivery, service management, vendor management, and governance frameworks, with proven experience leading international initiatives and working with global stakeholders.
Lead and manage complex and strategic IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
Ensure successful project execution, governance, and delivery within agreed timelines and budget
Apply project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Accountable for the overall service delivery and operational performance of assigned IT services
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage application lifecycle, support, and maintenance
Oversee software license management and service compliance
Act as the hierarchical escalation point for service-related concerns
Lead end-to‑end application provisioning and infrastructure integration initiatives
Ensure availability, performance, security, and compliance of business‑critical systems
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency while optimizing costs
Collaborate with technical teams to support business application enhancements and upgrades
Partner closely with business stakeholders, Key Users, and divisional IT teams to identify technology opportunities
Facilitate alignment between business requirements and IT solutions
Drive collaboration across international and cross‑functional teams
Provide strategic IT guidance and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders
Support decision‑making through technology‑driven solutions and best practices
Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
Implement and continuously improve IT governance, project management, portfolio management, and service management practices
Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards, security requirements, and asset management policies
Support initiatives related to risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance
Evaluate, select, and manage external suppliers and service providers
Support contract negotiations in collaboration with procurement teams
Ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective service delivery from external partners
Manage vendor performance, service levels, and contractual obligations
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Information & Communication Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience
At least 5 years of end‑to‑end IT project management experience
Proven track record managing international projects with budgets exceeding €200,000
Experience leading projects, programs, or cross‑functional initiatives without direct disciplinary authority
Strong experience collaborating with international and cross‑cultural teams
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Strong experience in end‑to‑end Project Management and IT Governance
Hands‑on expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
Experience in Change Management
Strong understanding of ITIL‑based Service Management
Proven Vendor Management and Supplier Governance experience
Experience managing strategic IT initiatives from planning through implementation and support
Knowledge or experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms and Compliance Systems
Exposure to Integrity, Legal, Risk, Compliance, or Audit‑related applications
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, or Scrum certifications
Lead high‑impact global IT projects and initiatives
Work with international stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
Drive governance, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives
