Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an experienced IT Governance & Cybersecurity Manager to lead consulting engagements focused on IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, IT security, and resilience management.

The role will guide project delivery, tailor work programs to client requirements, provide technical guidance, manage client and team expectations, and coach engagement team members toward high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant IT/CS/cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience in IT governance, cybersecurity governance, information security, or resilience management.
• Strong knowledge of controls and technology risk.
• Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements in IT governance and cybersecurity.
• Tailor engagement programs to client requirements and technology environments.
• Manage project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to clients and partners.
• Oversee engagement quality, risk assessment, and billings.
• Contribute to business development and initiatives as needed.
