Excis Global in Quezon City is seeking a motivated Onboarding Specialist to contact prospective IT field technicians, explain registration and onboarding steps, and guide candidates through the process.

You will manage high-volume calls, maintain accurate records in CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to support contractor onboarding while meeting targets.

Strong English communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, target-driven attitude are essential.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in BPO, outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, recruitment, or related roles.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with international professionals.
• Experience handling objections, conducting follow-ups, and achieving performance targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, calling tools, Microsoft Excel, or similar tracking platforms is an advantage.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective IT field technicians using company-provided databases.
• Introduce Excis Global and explain contractor registration and partnership opportunities.
• Build professional relationships, handle objections, and encourage technician participation.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve engagement and onboarding conversion rates.
• Guide prospective technicians through the online registration and onboarding process.
• Explain required documents, registration procedures, and contractor requirements.
• Monitor incomplete registrations and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support contractor onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate interactions, registration progress, and follow-up activities.
• Update CRM systems, trackers, and technician databases.
