Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Technical I for IT Operations in Quezon City. You will join the Information Technology and Global Security team to deliver infrastructure, software solutions, and security for staff and clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering groups, performing basic telephony support, and handling hardware/software upgrades while maintaining inventory and backups. Strong communication and AD/Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a four-year college or university with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and capable of following complex processes precisely.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with smart hands across portfolio and engineering workgroups.
• Provide basic telephony support including installation and troubleshooting of phones and voicemail.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades on peripheral equipment.
• Attend to break/fix engagements as required by Situation Management.
• Prepare, maintain and submit reports of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
• Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated as directed.
• Handle onsite server backups.
• Provide on-call technical support as needed.
• Clear 60-70% of time on trouble tickets and orders; correct errors as required.
• Complete all mandatory trainings within allotted timeframes.
• Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with manager and direct reports.

Description

Essential Function/Core Responsibilities: Technical Representative

• Coordinate with smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroup.
• Provide basic telephony support in performing installation and troubleshooting on telephone sets and voice mailbox.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.
• Attend to break/fix engagement as required by Situation Management for technology related problems and issues received from both internal and external clients.
• Prepare, maintain and submit reports and applicable records of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
• Perform checks and ensure that antivirus definition, Microsoft patches are updated as outlined by Desktop Engineering.
• Performs backup for the onsite servers.
• Provide on-call technical support as required.
• Spend between 60-70% of time clearing trouble tickets and work orders in a timely manner. Make necessary independent decisions to correct errors or discrepancies in trouble ticket as required.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a four-year college or university with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to multi-task and meet timeline on deliverables
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft office and must have experience with Active Directory.
