Job summary

Excis Global in Quezon City is seeking a motivated Onboarding Specialist to contact prospective IT field technicians, explain registration and onboarding steps, and guide candidates through the process.

You will manage high-volume calls, maintain accurate records in CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to support contractor onboarding while meeting targets.

Strong English communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, target-driven attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in BPO, outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, recruitment, or related roles.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with international professionals.
• Experience handling objections, conducting follow-ups, and achieving performance targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, calling tools, Microsoft Excel, or similar tracking platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update CRM systems, trackers, and technician databases.
