Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT asset management (ITAM/SAM/HAM) roles.
• Experience in large multi-site/global organizations.
• Experience in BPO/shared services is advantageous.
• Proficient with end-to-end asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT asset lifecycle across global sites.
• Maintain inventory and license compliance; drive cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement ITIL-aligned policies.
• Generate reports on asset utilization, spend, and SLAs.
