Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in IT asset management.
Experience in a large, multi-site global organization.
Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage assets through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets across global sites from procurement to disposal.
Maintain a highly accurate global ITAM/CMDB inventory and ensure license compliance.
Monitor software licenses, entitlements, and usage to optimize costs.
Coordinate with procurement, IT logistics, and finance for asset delivery and cost efficiency.
Generate reports and dashboards on utilization, spend, and lifecycle metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client engagements.
