Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an IT Asset Management Manager to oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and effective utilization. The role includes BOM management for site deployments and supporting rollouts and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 5+ years in IT Asset Management or IT inventory, and at least 2 years in a managerial role. On-site, full-time position with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and analytical skills.
Experience with ERP or IT Asset Management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's IT Asset Management program.
Oversee inventory of laptops, desktops, POS systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
Develop and maintain BOMs for new site deployments and IT projects.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
Manage procurement planning and asset allocation.
Monitor asset lifecycle, warranties, repairs, and disposals.
Develop asset management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
Prepare inventory and asset utilization reports.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
