Substance | Level Up by Substance is seeking a revenue-driven individual to lead outbound BD for interns, engaging startups, SMEs, and Fortune 500s. You’ll build a pipeline, convert conversations into signed mandates, and form university partnerships across APAC, US, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Well-spoken and able to hold conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and feedback quickly.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to take ownership without constant supervision.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to companies across APAC, US, and Europe including founders and HR leads.
• Position internship recruitment solutions in a business-focused way.
• Build and manage a pipeline of companies hiring interns.
• Collaborate with the team to convert conversations into signed mandates and hires.
• Develop partnerships with universities and communities to feed a steady intern pipeline.
• Refine outreach, messaging, and targeting based on results.
